Australia domestic shipping

Please note that order products are made to order in small batches as such dispatch of your order can take several days.

 We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 which applies to all orders.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with a tracking number. We pack and send orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Halo Naturals Byron Bay will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Halo Naturals Byron Bay orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a further email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

International shipping

At this stage Halo Naturals Byron Bay can only service the Australian market.

Returns

When shipping your order out we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive to you in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received.

 We advise this must be done by email within 72 hours of receiving your goods.

 We will then promptly resupply the item/s or refund your order. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

 Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for resupply or refund if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.

It If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Halo Naturals Byron Bay purchase, we would like to hear from you and we may be able to exchange/refund or suggest a more suitable product for your needs. 

Change of Mind

Halo Naturals Byron Bay does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please be sure to choose carefully
